Refund and Returns Policy

At The Walkley Press, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You have 14 days of receiving the order to notify us that you want to cancel. You have another 14 days to return the goods once you’ve told us. We will refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back. Your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging (where possible)
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

3. Broken or non-delivered items

If your item is broken on receipt please do not through it away and let us know as soon as possible. We will require a photo to be sent by return email of the broken item before we can either refund you in full (including postage) or send out the item again (if it is still in stock). We will ask you what you would like to do.

If your item has not arrived in the expected timescale, please let us know as soon as possible. We may be able to find detail of where your parcel is or may ask you to wait til it is considered lost. If the item is lost we will offer you a refund in full (including postage) or offer you a replacement to be sent out, if we have it in stock. Please note, we cannot guarantee the item will arrive be a certain date or time.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us via our contact page.

5. Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: The Walkley Press, 385 South Road, Walkley, Sheffield S6 3TD.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is broken on receipt. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
